Ordering Information
No information given to Manor Press Ltd. when placing an order will be sold or used in any other way than making sure you receive you order. All credit card transactions are through Google Checkout, we will only receive your delivery address, telephone number and order details. All account information is to be stored in your personal Google account, Manor Press Ltd. does not store or keep personal records.
All of our electronic bingo, raffle, multifunction, dart & snooker machines come with 12 months manufacturers warranty. This cover will protect your machine in the unlikely event of manufactures defects, this does not cover accidental damage (dropped, spillages, etc.) or acts of nature (flooding, power serge, etc.). DO NOT Attempt to fix the machine yourself, this should be done by trained staff only, tampering will void your warranty.
Please note that carriage will be at the customers expense.
If you have received a damage item please let us know as soon as you receive it by calling 0114 269 5755, damaged items will be replace as soon as possible. If you have ordered the wrong item and wish to return it, you will incur a 15% or £10 (which ever lower) administration and re-stocking fee. Any postage costs will not be refunded - Item(s) can only be returned if in original state and are unopened including any shrink wrap. If an item goes missing or is damaged by the delivery service please call 0114 269 5755. Any returned items must be reported within 7 days from receipt of goods and returned securely and in good condition.

Delivery prices are worked out by weight, which is automatically calculated in your shopping basket. Your order will be despatched next working day using either Royal Mail 1st Class for smaller items or a 24 hour Signed Courier service for larger orders. In the unlikely event that your order can not be fulfilled straight away you will be called ASAP to let you know.

In the unlikely event that your order can not be fulfilled straight away you will be call ASAP to let you know. PLEASE NOTE: MOST ITEMS ON THIS SITE WILL NOT FIT THROUGH A STANDARD LETTERBOX, PLEASE FEEL FREE TO SUPPLY YOUR WORK ADDRESS FOR DELIVERY.To place an order add items to your basket using the "add to basket" buttons. Once you have added everything you require click on the "view basket" button at the to right of you screen. From here you can adjust quantities and remove items if necessary, if you do make amendments click the "recalculate" button to get the latest total. Once you are happy with your order click on the "Google Checkout" button bottom right, this will take you on to a secure payment page where you can add your payment and delivery details, from then on it's just a matter or confirming everything and submitting your order.
You will receive e.mails confirming your order and dispatch status.
Payment by Google Checkout will require either a VISA, MasterCard, UK Maestro or Solo credit card.
