No information given to Manor Press Ltd. when placing an order will be sold or used in any other way than making sure you receive your order. Your credit card details maybe stored with Google Checkout or PayPal. Manor Press Ltd. will only receive your name, address, telephone number and order details.

WARRANTIES

All of our electronic bingo, raffle, multifunction, dart & snooker machines come with 12 months manufacturers warranty. This cover will protect your machine in the unlikely event of manufacturers defects, this does not cover accidental damage (dropped, spillages, etc.) or acts of nature (flooding, power serge, etc.). DO NOT Attempt to fix the machine yourself, this should be done by trained staff only, tampering will void your warranty.

Please note that carriage will be at the customers expense.

If you have received a damaged item please let us know as soon as you receive it by calling 0114 269 5755, damaged items will be replaced as soon as possible (proof maybe required). If you have ordered the wrong item and wish to return it, you will incur an administration and re-stocking fee. Any postage costs will not be refunded - Item(s) can only be returned if in original state and are unopened including any shrink wrap. If an item goes missing please call to report it missing, please note all orders are subject to the standard terms & conditions of the delivery company used. Any items you wish to return must be reported within 7 days and returned securely and in good condition.

The delivery price show in the shopping cart is worked out by weight, which is automatically calculated.

ENGLISH & WELSH COUNTIES: Where possible we aim to despatch all orders next working day. For orders despatched to an English or Welsh address you will be given the option to send your orders by 3 different methods.

BUDGET (uninsured) - delivery charges start from £2.35 for Royal Mail 1st Class service for smaller orders, this service does not included insurance or compensation for damaged, delayed or lost items. If your order is large enough (shopping cart shows a delivery/shipping charge of £9.50) it will automatically be sent using an insured 1-2 days signed courier service.

STANDARD - delivery charges start from £3.50 for Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded service for smaller orders, this service includes insurance. If your order is large enough (shopping cart shows a delivery/shipping charge of £9.50) it will automatically be sent using an insured 1-2 days signed courier service.

COURIER - Your order no matter how big or small will be sent using an insured 1-2 days signed courier service.

SCOTTISH COUNTIES (excluding Highlands & Islands): Where possible we aim to despatch all orders within 1-2 working days. For orders despatched to a Scottish (ex. H&I) address you will be given the option to send your orders by 3 different methods.

COURIER - Your order no matter how big or small will be sent using an insured 3 days signed courier service.

OTHER AREAS: If your county or country is not listed in the shopping cart please send us an e.mail to info@manorpress.co.uk with the name of the items you require plus quantities and full delivery address. We will then work out the best price we can for postage. Full payment is required prior to despatch.

It is the customer(s) responsibility to check and pay for all additional charges incurred by importing goods i.e. import duty/tax
